Hi, I’m Christina Mittentag

I take a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. I focus on helping clients reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been quieted by trauma, life stress, or long-standing expectations. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe exploring their experiences while building self-trust and confidence.

My work is grounded in a harm reduction and trauma-informed approach, meeting clients where they are and supporting meaningful, realistic change. I work primarily with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, burnout, and identity transitions. I also have experience supporting justice-impacted individuals involved in re-entry programs, probation, or other legal system challenges.

Clients often leave therapy with greater self-awareness, stronger coping skills, and a deeper sense of agency in their lives.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy video games, reading about psychology and social justice, and spending time with my pets.
