Hi, I’m Ashley Lewis.
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting families, adolescents, and adults navigating challenging life circumstances. I have worked closely with individuals and families in distress, helping them build resilience, strengthen communication, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s stressors. I am committed to creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. My mission is to help people better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, and feel more confident in handling life’s challenges. I believe everyone deserves a space to speak openly without judgment, explore their experiences, and develop practical tools for change. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach and strive to connect with clients in a genuine and relatable way. I combine empathy, honesty, and practical strategies to support meaningful growth while allowing clients to move at their own pace. I primarily work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, and family or relationship difficulties. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions related to school, identity, family dynamics, or increasing responsibilities. In therapy, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and integrate psychoeducation, coping skills, emotional awareness, and problem-solving. Clients often leave feeling more confident, self-aware, and equipped to manage life’s challenges. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, exploring new experiences, and engaging in activities that support personal growth and balance.
